Digital asset library
NetDevPlus 4.0 has an inbuilt asset manager that lets you group, track and manage all of your website assets, including PDF and Word documents, images, and rich media content such as flash animations, sound and movie clips. You can browse assets by thumbnail or search for them by file name, metadata, title upload date or description. Assets can easily be categorised and sub-categorised making it simple to find and use your assets.
With the NetDevPlus asset manager, you can:
- Upload single or multiple asset files
- Store them in a familiar folder structure (where they are displayed as thumbnails, either of the actual image or an icon that's appropriate to the asset type)
- Add full metadata and alt tags
- Search for them based on keywords
- Edit or delete the asset without changing the asset file itself (which means your changes don't impact a file that might be in use on your site)
